Hi, I’m Kelly
I am so very grateful you are here. We do this together.
This space has been created out of a need that I, and many others, have described as a critical part of living and feeling fulfilled in life. Walking with others who have been through some of the same hardships, and maybe even some of the most miraculous joys of life itself, is needed now more than ever.
I lived a lot of years of my life feeling alone and out of my body. From a young age, I felt misunderstood and didn’t really know how to express myself without feeling self-conscious and wrong.
After many years of personal development work - from plant medicines to yoga and movement practices and trainings, coaching, tantra and medicine space-holding certifications, and my education in psychology - I can lovingly say that the way to Cultivate Alchemy is in and through the body/heart.
For many years, I lived in shame, guilt, and regret. And after wild recognitions, tons of support and healings, and a hell of a lot of time with Mother Earth, I can gracefully say that I love who I am. And I remember vividly a time when I didn’t.
What I have come into an awareness of is that if we say yes to the practice, eventually the practice does us.
I am forever changed and thank all my teachers, masters, guides, angels, and loved ones for helping me remember the light that lives within me is in all beings.
What is inside the community?
All of our gatherings and practices take place inside the Private MemberUp Community Space - a living sanctuary where you can return again and again. This is where we meet in real time, where we share our voices, and where the field of resonance continues to grow even between live sessions.

Will I have access to recordings if I miss a live session?
Yes. Every live class and circle is recorded and uploaded into our private community space. This way you can revisit the practices in your own time, return to what moved you, and never feel like you’ve missed the field we are building together. 🌹

How much time should I set aside each week to really feel supported by the practices?
The rhythm is designed to be nourishing, not overwhelming. Most weeks, you’ll have one somatic class (about an hour) and space to join the monthly circles. Even with just a few hours each month, you’ll feel the resonance. And remember - you can always return to the replays and community space whenever it fits your flow. ✨
