This is a gentle offering from my heart to yours - a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice to support you in slowing down, softening, and returning to yourself.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative meditation that invites your whole system - body, mind, and spirit - into a state of deep rest and inner stillness. You don’t need to do anything. There’s no effort here. Simply lie down in a quiet, comfortable space, close your eyes, and let my voice guide you inward.
This practice is designed to hold you. To remind your body that it is safe to rest. To offer your heart a moment to be heard. You may stay awake, or you may drift into sleep - either is perfect. Your only job is to receive. Trust the process. Let go of needing to control or get it right.
This is your space to be nourished. To reconnect with the parts of you that are often left unseen. To return to your inner rhythm, and remember that rest is not a luxury - it is a homecoming.
