1:1 Embodiment Session
1-hour session - $111
This session is a sacred space to come home to your body and reconnect with the essence of who you are. Through guided embodiment practices, we’ll explore what’s ready to be felt, moved, and released - whether it’s shame, old stories, emotional suppression, or the ways you’ve been taught to disconnect from your full expression.
Embodiment is one of the most powerful tools for transmutation. In this confidential and lovingly held container, you’ll reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve denied, dissolve limiting beliefs, and rewire the nervous system for safety, vitality, and truth.

Breathwork Session
45-minute session - $88
Using conscious, connected breath as the medicine, this session helps you move stagnant energy and reconnect with your soul’s truth. Feel into a sense of freedom and spaciousness in your body through the alchemical tool of your breath. The tool I wish I had learned earlier in my life to move through intense anxiety when I was younger.
Breathwork (and not just any breathwork) helps to re-establish a new baseline frequency of safety while simultaneously helping you expand your capacity to open to more love, peace, and vitality again.

2.5 hours in-person session + 1 hour phone session - $350
A deep dive into sacred intimacy, this session honors your sensual nature as a divine gateway to wholeness. Through breath, sound, energy work, guided touch, and presence, we unlock stored emotion, expand pleasure, and awaken life force.
Think back to the days of temple Priestesses and what we did for each other to help awaken and heal through touch, sound, and movement. This is deeply cathartic work and I can share more on the phone if you are called.
