about me

My deepest desire is to support you on your embodied awakening journey. To REMEMBER that it is safe for you to inhabit your body and live your life in your full expression.

WHO IS KELLY?

Hey, hey, so nice to be here with you. If you’re new around here, welcome to this space. I am super multidimensional, love to dance , eat , have fun and be of service.

Kelly’s Timeline

2009

Graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology. I learned about the fundamental operations of the human psyche and generally the establishment takes a regimented approach to medicine that overlooks the holistic human being and focuses on treating illness through prescribing meds. I realized I didn’t want to go on to work as a clinical therapist.

2010

I accepted a Fellowship with the University of New Mexico Center for Development and Disability where I learned that inclusivity and community support long term health and wellness. I realized that if someone can find acceptance in paralysis, then there is hope for all of us. Intuitively I knew there was a different way.

2011

I faced my fears and left everything I knew, my hometown, family, and moved to Oregon for a fresh start. Got involved in yoga, community, and started having new experiences.

2013

I was invited to sit with Ayahuasca, and started studying the art of different healing modalities and Earth medicines. I found myself drawn to healers, elders and a new way of life.

2014

I became a yoga teacher and studio coordinator and taught functional movement. I was drawn to explore the connection between physical health and mental well being.

2017

I found Kambo, a well known alternative practice which supported the detoxification of my body, while helping me feel grounded, clear and spiritually strong.

 2018

I became the manager of a yoga studio and was deeply immersed in mentoring students while co-facilitating yoga teacher trainings.

2019

I left the yoga studio, became a Somatic NLP Leadership Coach and a Kambo Practitioner. I started my own business integrating psychology, movement, yoga, breath work, alternative therapies and ceremony for transformation of our people.

2020

While watching the world turn upside down I did consulting work to help build and launch an online yoga teacher training platform. I gained clarity that I had the skills, knowledge and heart to be a leader, rather than doing work behind the scenes and fulfilling someone else's vision instead of my own.

2021-2022

Devoted myself to working with clients 1:1 and small groups in alternative medicine spaces.

2023

Began hosting women’s retreats and small group online immersions because I’ve found that while individual work can do wonders, gathering, witnessing and supporting one another is some of the deepest work we can do for ourselves, each other and the world. I became a Tantra Facilitator to expand my offerings to clients healing from sexual, physical, mental and emotional trauma + gain specialized tools in supporting one awaken their Kundalini.

2024

Went on a soul pilgrimage in the SW and the PNW doing grid work for the healing of Mother Earth. Offered ceremonies for healing and expansion.

2025

Offering in-person sessions in Bend, OR. Currently offering 1:1 Intuitive Coaching Sessions (NLP, Somatics, Shamanic Practices), 1:1 Embodiment Sessions, 1:1 Womb Healing Sessions, 1:1 and Group Breathwork Sessions, Shamanic Soul Retrieval/Sound Journey’s, In-Person Hands on Healing and Alternative Medicine Sessions & private Retreats locally and abroad.
