Hi, I’m Kelly
My deepest desire is to support you on your embodied awakening journey. To REMEMBER that it is safe for you to inhabit your body and live your life in your full expression.
Kelly here...
Hey, hey, so nice to be here with you. If you’re new around here, welcome to this space. I am super multidimensional, love to dance, eat, have fun, and be of service.
I recorded this video from my heart to introduce myself and share a bit about my world - who I am, what I love, and how I serve.
Take a moment to watch and feel into the energy of this space.

My Timeline
I thought I’d share a little timeline of my life with you - not as a résumé, but as a story. The moments that shaped me, cracked me open, and brought me closer to who I really am. Each chapter has its own magic, and I’d love for you to walk through it with me.
2009
Graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology. I learned about the fundamental operations of the human psyche and generally the establishment takes a regimented approach to medicine that overlooks the holistic human being and focuses on treating illness through prescribing meds. I realized I didn’t want to go on to work as a clinical therapist.
2010
I accepted a Fellowship with the University of New Mexico Center for Development and Disability where I learned that inclusivity and community support long-term health and wellness. I realized that if someone can find acceptance in paralysis, then there is hope for all of us. Intuitively I knew there was a different way.
2011
I faced my fears and left everything I knew, my hometown, family, and moved to Oregon for a fresh start. Got involved in yoga, community, and started having new experiences.
2013
I became a nanny for two families which allowed me to serve as a nurturing caregiver and support myself. Through my effervescent and seeking way of being, I was then invited to sit with Ayahuasca and started studying in depth the art of different healing modalities and Earth medicines. I found myself drawn to healers, elders and a new way of life.
2014
I became a yoga teacher and studio coordinator and taught functional movement. I was drawn to explore the connection between physical health and mental well being.
2017
I found Kambo, a well-known alternative practice which supported the detoxification of my body, while helping me feel grounded, clear, and spiritually strong.
2018
I became the manager of a yoga studio and was deeply immersed in mentoring students while co-facilitating yoga teacher trainings.
2019
I transitioned from management at a yoga studio to becoming a Somatic Neurolinguistic Leadership Coach and a Kambo Practitioner. I started my own business integrating my background in psychology, rehabilitative movement, yoga, breath work, integrated therapies and ceremonial offerings.
2020
While watching the world turn upside down, I did consulting work to help build and launch an online yoga teacher training platform. I gained the clarity that I had the skills, knowledge and heart to be a leader in the wellness industry and took the step forward (heart-leading) into being an entrepreneur full-time. Through a lot of this growth, I had also entered into an engagement and was living life as a bonus mother.
2021-2022
Devoted myself to working with clients 1:1 and small groups in sacred medicine spaces and teaching yoga online.
2023
My personal world shifted big time when my partner and I at the time ended our engagement and it was time to say goodbye to the family unit we had been cultivating for years.
Though it all, I began hosting women’s retreats and small group online immersions because I’ve found that while individual work can do wonders, gathering, witnessing and supporting one another is some of the deepest work we can do for ourselves, each other and the world.
I became a Tantra Facilitator to expand my offerings to clients healing from sexual, physical, mental and emotional trauma + gain specialized tools in supporting one to be in a deeper relationship with their Kundalini/lifeforce. 2023 was an expansive year while I was simultaneously moving through the deepest grief thus far that I’d ever experienced in this life.
2024 - 2025
I went on a soul pilgrimage in the SW and the PNW doing grid work to benefit the Earth while also following a deeper calling within my heart. I offered ceremonies along the way to those who were called. As I kept following the whispers, I ended up in Avalon on a pilgrimage visiting Sacred sites and doing grid work while experiencing activations and highly cathartic healings. I landed in Spain (holy dream) for 2 months to integrate the deeper activations that took place in Avalon.
2025
I am currently offering in-person sessions in Bend, OR: 1:1 Intuitive Coaching Sessions (NLP, Somatics, Shamanic Practices), 1:1 Embodiment Sessions, 1:1 Womb Healing Sessions, 1:1 and Group Breathwork Sessions, Shamanic Sound Journeys, In-Person Hands-on Healing and Sacred Medicine Sessions & private Retreats locally and abroad.
Hosting online group immersions for your Embodied Spiritual Awakening Journey: Body Coherence, Devotion, Tap Your Source: Sacred Sexuality Introduction, She Who Remembers, Embodied Awakening, Energetic Sovereignty.
I am now supporting our community portal, Cultivate Alchemy: a space of connection, on-going embodiment classes, healing circles, sacred temple art practices + so much more.
+ dancing to live music as often as I can :)
It’s been such a beautiful journey - full of lessons, love, and growth. Every season has revealed something new about who I am and what it means to live with an open heart. I’m grateful for the people, the places, and the quiet moments that have shaped me along the way.
There’s a sense of peace in knowing that everything has unfolded exactly as it needed to. And yet, I can feel that there’s still so much more to come - more beauty, more depth, more love.
How does it get better?

What is your soul calling you toward, love?
