Using conscious, connected breath as the medicine, this session helps you move stagnant energy and reconnect with your soul’s truth. Feel into a sense of freedom and spaciousness in your body, your breath becomes the bridge between your mind and heart. The tool I wish I had learned earlier in my life to move through intense anxiety when I was younger. Breathwork (and not just any breathwork) helps to re-establish a new baseline frequency of safety while simultaneously helping you expand your capacity to open to more love, peace, and vitality again.

PRIVATE 1:1 EMBODIMENT SESSION
Activate your life force and step fully into your souls essence. Reclaim the parts of you that you have been denying from yourself. Release shame, limiting beliefs and conditioning around being fully at home in your body. Your capacity to feel your emotions (whatever it is you need to feel and express) gives your nervous system a way to find more peace and harmony within. This way of being in your body is a reclamation like you’ve never experienced. Trust the process.
Embodiment is one of the fastest ways to transmute all the shitty conditioning and things we were told about how to be a woman/man, how to act, women are to be seen and not heard kind of BS. Men aren’t strong if they cry etc…
This session is a tended space that holds the confidentiality and sacred template of witnessing to support you let go and be empowered in ways you have not had space held for you before.
